She is inspired by progress, innovation, and a vision for the future. With her knowledge and experience, she successfully advises and contributes to the development of companies and individuals.
She continued her journey as the head of HR and general affairs at one of the leading international IT companies, where she successfully implemented the latest approaches in employee development. Mindful of the link between employee development and their well-being, Anja aimed to elevate the value of employees in the company to a higher level. Her goal towards a strategic understanding of the HR function in organizations led her to pursue an independent business path.

She is also a member of the Management Board of the Slovenian HR Association, where she actively co-creates initiatives that help elevate the HR function to a strategic level within organizations. She is dedicated to daily education in the field of HR development and psychology.
